Cole The Cornstar
United States
Приєднався 1 жов 2018
My name is Cole and I love farming with my family, diving into nearly impossible massive projects, and trying challenging things. Join me on my journey of failures and successes as I learn how to navigate life as a farmer and more importantly, as a young man.
I am a 5th generation family farmer from Iowa. My vision is to educate the world about what it actually takes to feed the world. My mission is to prove that dreams come true if they are attacked with an unrelenting and unwavering force.
Ain't nothing to it, but to do it.

Does he get more engagement if he puts $$$$ numbers in the title?...
Does your sister do much driving in the field? Another back up driver for you.
6:59 now do a video of someone who knows what they are doing circumventing that security system...in other words do a actual test and see what really happens...would be a interesting video...to see all the flaws of the system...
Love the intro
Love what you said about baby steps. I always tell myself, if I do this now, I am doing future me a favour.

Can't believe the sides of that dump truck are still in place.

What is going on with your lawsuit on the bin site? Are you looking into your favorite?
👍
For owning this property for over a hundred years you would think you would know better where you have ran stuff.
Install string when installing pipe. Backfill trench. Pull rope through with string. Tie rope to wires with a pulling grip and use a machine to pull it in.
❤❤❤❤
Thanks Cooper!
As a farmer do you have a small elevator you can use to move the broken concrete and dirt up right into a trailer? It has been a long time, elevator may not be the right term.
👍
Ever use 1/2 conduit underground
And you need to install and paint plywood in basement for electrical to mount to
Usually you get the conduit installed first then pull in the wire That way it’s not damaged
Cole! You are so lucky to have such professional talent.
I'd like to, but I don't think you're in my neighborhood, and I don't have a good spine post-surgery.
🤔😵💫
Why didn't Roman put some warning tape in the trench??? He talked about it last video???!!!!
If you’re gonna get a JCB get the telescopic otherwise there’s no use in my opinion
I like your work, admire how hard you and your crew work, the craftsmanship seems spot on, my opinion, they are way too long. I like to watch all of them, when you go over 15 minutes I’m hit or miss whether I watch or not. Love your content young man, don’t let it get boring.
❤❤❤
This seems like a giant waste of time to put concrete under a foundation that hasn’t moved, and create pockets that will move because in the inconsistency in the concrete you are essentially trying to push under it
I hope you are all ok with that rain that just hit you!
well didn't expect to be in Red !
Awesome episode and so great to be able to watch these.
Imagine this home was rebuilt by the three same people everything new it’s like rebuilding a new house, but you don’t have several different contractors. You know nothing about because usually they’re subcontracted well next time God’s blessing to you and your family.
you guys have the windmills on the property? How much power do they actually produce?
....Rice Krispie treats for Cole the CornStar and friends...and UA-camrs 👅
I'm sure this comment will get lost in the sauce.. But Cole you should seriously consider getting a radon test done while you have a hole open in the basement. That could have been a cause of your headaches while digging. This would be the time to install such a system without having to plumb it on the oustide of the house. you could fit and incorporate the collection tank at this point and then exhaust it up through the roof.
I think 4/0 is small should’ve went 350 for line loss. Also u would’ve added a tracer wire where you can know exactly where that pipe is like they do with gas and you didn’t add the electric tape indicating it’s buried after adding a foot of dirt. I also would’ve poured concrete 😂 you have the conduit so not like you can pull it out
You did NOT need special PVC glue, and did NOT need primer. Electrical conduit PVC is the same as white plumbing PVC, except for color. The conduit isn't meant to be water tight, so the primer isn't needed. Go to an electrical supply house, ask for PVC primer, and they'd laugh at you. They don't carry it, because it's not needed for electrical PVC.
With moving the well control box outside, did you all forget about the pressure tank having a pressure switch to trigger the well to turn on/off? You may need to run more wire.
You don't need primer for electric PVC and you glue the pipe together then pull the wire into the pipe
Military Farmer.. "In The Suck".......
All this money you are spending I think I would take a few of those $$ and move the well to somewhere that isn't in the middle of the driveway.
I'm astonished that he's a great farmer been watching this kid since he was 19. But Cole if you build a ramp to your basement you are bing to have a serious indoor pool. There is no drain that would handle the melting snow or the water from the storms you guys get. Please rethink your plans for the ramp to your basement lol.
Roman calling Justin a greasy goose. 🤣🤣🤣☠
